POWERHOUSE MEMBERSHIP AGREEMENT

This Agreement is made between:

Your Time Pilates and Alice Johnstone, of 123 Lavenham Road, London SW18 5ER (the “Coach”) and the individual purchasing the Powerhouse Membership (the “Member”).

In this Agreement, “we”, “us” or “our” refers to Your Time Pilates and Alice Johnstone; “you” or “your” refers to the Member.

 

1. Service Provision

1.1 By joining the Powerhouse Membership (the “Membership”), you gain ongoing access to group mentoring and support services delivered online by the Coach.

1.2 Your Membership includes:

• Monthly live coaching calls covering client cases, business strategy, and mindset topics (“Live Calls”)

• Access to a private Voxer group for real-time support and community (“Voxer Group”)

• Access to call replays following each session

1.3 The Membership is not a training qualification or course. It provides continued mentoring and accountability for graduates and students of the Postnatal Core Rehab Method (PCRM).

 

2. Fees and Payment

2.1 The Membership fee is £37 per month, billed automatically via the payment method provided at checkout.

2.2 Payments are taken in advance of each billing cycle. Access to the Membership is granted once payment is received.

2.3 This is a rolling subscription with no minimum term. Your Membership will renew automatically each month until you cancel in accordance with Clause 6.

2.4 If a payment fails and is not resolved within seven (7) days, access to the Membership may be paused or terminated.

2.5 All prices include VAT (if applicable).

 

3. Refund Policy

3.1 Due to the nature of the Membership and immediate access to digital content and community support, no refunds are offered for partial months or once a payment has been processed.

3.2 If you cancel after a payment is taken, you will retain access to the Membership until the end of your current billing cycle.

 

4. Your Responsibilities

4.1 You agree to participate respectfully within the Membership community and to maintain professional conduct at all times.

4.2 You accept that your progress and results depend on your own effort and implementation of the guidance provided. No specific outcomes can be guaranteed.

4.3 You acknowledge that the Membership is for educational and mentoring purposes only and is not a substitute for legal, medical, or financial advice.

5. Intellectual Property and Confidentiality

5.1 All materials, resources, and content shared within the Membership remain the intellectual property of Your Time Pilates and Alice Johnstone. You are granted a personal licence to use them for your own professional development only.

5.2 You must not copy, distribute, or share any materials or Voxer content outside the Membership.

5.3 You agree to respect the privacy and confidentiality of other Members and not to share any personal or sensitive information discussed within the Voxer Group or Live Calls.

 

6. Cancellation and Termination

6.1 You may cancel your Membership at any time by emailing hello@yourtimepilates.com or through your account dashboard. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing cycle.

6.2 We reserve the right to terminate your Membership without refund if you breach this Agreement (including misconduct within the Voxer Group or Live Calls).

6.3 Upon termination, you must cease to access the Voxer Group and destroy any downloaded materials.

 

7. Voxer Group Participation & Support

7.1 The Voxer Group is a professional space for questions, support, feedback, and celebrating wins. Respectful communication is expected at all times.

7.2 The Coach will be available to provide responses, coaching feedback, and support via Voxer on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays during office hours. Messages received outside these times will be responded to on the next available working day.

7.3 Harassment, judgemental behaviour, or inappropriate language will not be tolerated and may result in immediate removal without refund.

7.4 Wins or feedback shared in the Voxer Group may be used for marketing purposes (with care and anonymity unless you give explicit permission to be named or tagged).

 

8. Liability

8.1 Nothing in this Agreement limits our liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence.

8.2 We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss including loss of profits, business, or goodwill.

8.3 Our total liability to you under this Agreement shall not exceed the total fees paid in the twelve (12) months prior to any claim.

 

9. Data Protection

9.1 We process personal data only as necessary to deliver the Membership and in compliance with UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.

9.2 You consent to the use of AI and automated note-taking tools to support delivery and quality of services, as outlined in our Privacy Policy.

 

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from it.
