Terms & Conditions for 1:1 Business Mentoring
This Agreement is made between Your Time Pilates and Alice Johnstone of 123 Lavenham Road, London, SW18 5ER ("the Coach") and the individual purchasing the mentorship services ("the Client").
In this Agreement, "we", "us" and "our" refer to Your Time Pilates and Alice Johnstone. "You" and "your" refer to the Client.
This Agreement covers the following business mentoring services:

'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session - a 90-minute one-to-one strategy session
-
4-Week Mentoring Programme - a fixed four-week one-to-one mentoring container
-
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription - rolling monthly mentoring with bi-weekly sessions
The product the Client purchases at checkout determines which sections of this Agreement apply to them. Sections that are universal apply to all programmes.
1. Definitions
"Agreement" means this document including any Schedules and any amendments agreed in writing.
"Charges" means the amounts payable for the chosen Programme as set out in Section 5.
"Effective Date" means the date the Client completes online checkout and confirms acceptance of these terms.
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all intellectual property rights wherever in the world, registered or unregistered, including copyright, trade marks, business names, know-how and trade secrets.
"Programme" means the specific service the Client has purchased: the 'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session, the 4-Week Mentoring Programme, or the Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription.
"Services" means the mentoring services delivered as part of the Client's chosen Programme.
"Term" means the duration of the Client's chosen Programme as set out in Section 2.
2. Term
This Agreement comes into force on the Effective Date.
'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session. A single session, delivered within the booking window offered at the time of purchase. The Agreement ends when the session has been delivered.
4-Week Mentoring Programme. A fixed term of four (4) weeks, beginning on the date of the first scheduled session and ending automatically after the final scheduled session.
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription. A rolling monthly agreement providing bi-weekly sessions during term time, continuing until cancelled by either party in accordance with Section 11.
3. Services and Standards
The Coach shall deliver the Services to a professional standard and use reasonable endeavours to deliver according to the agreed schedule.
'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session includes:

Prework form to be completed by the Client before the session

One 90-minute one-to-one session via Zoom
-
Session recording shared with the Client after the session
-
A 30-day action plan delivered as part of the session
4-Week Mentoring Programme includes:

Four (4) private 60-minute coaching sessions via Zoom
-
Voxer access for the duration of the programme (Monday to Thursday, office hours)
-
Continued access to the Your Time Pilates monthly group coaching call
-
Access to relevant templates, tools and materials as required
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription includes:

One (1) private 60-minute coaching session every two weeks via Zoom (term time only)
-
Voxer access for the duration of the active subscription (Monday to Thursday, office hours)
-
Continued access to the Your Time Pilates monthly group coaching call
-
Access to relevant templates, tools and materials during the active subscription
For the Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription, sessions are delivered during school term time only. No 1:1 sessions take place during school holidays (approximately 13 weeks per year). This schedule is reflected in the monthly pricing structure and does not affect the recurring subscription payments.
4. Charges and Payment
All payments are taken via online checkout in advance.
'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session: £197, paid in full at point of purchase.
4-Week Mentoring Programme: £579 paid in full, OR two (2) monthly instalments of £333.
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription: £300 per month via Direct Debit, billed monthly in advance. Subscription payments recur monthly until cancelled in accordance with Section 11.
All prices are stated inclusive of any applicable VAT.
Subscription payments for Ongoing Mentoring remain payable during school holidays. Payments secure the Client's place and cover ongoing access to support, resources, and the monthly group coaching call.
Missed Direct Debit payments may result in suspension of sessions until payment is received.
5. Refund Policy
In accordance with UK consumer law, the Client has the right to cancel and obtain a full refund within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, subject to the conditions below.
'Bums on Mats' Strategy Session. Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, provided the prework form has not been submitted and no session has been booked. Once either of these has occurred, no refund will be issued.
4-Week Mentoring Programme. Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date. Where any sessions have already taken place within this period, the value of completed sessions will be deducted from any refund due. After the cooling-off period or once sessions have commenced beyond the 14-day window, no refunds will be issued.
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription. Refunds are available within fourteen (14) days of the Effective Date, provided no sessions have been delivered. Once sessions have begun, no refund will be issued for the current month. No pro-rated refunds are given if cancellation is made part-way through a month. See Section 11 for cancellation procedure.
6. Rescheduling and Missed Sessions
The Client must give a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours' notice to reschedule any session. Failure to provide adequate notice will result in the session being forfeited with no refund or replacement.
If the Coach needs to reschedule a session, reasonable alternative dates will be offered.
7. Client Obligations
The Client agrees to:

attend all sessions promptly and prepared to engage fully
-
provide honest communication and feedback to ensure the mentoring is effective
-
implement the strategies and actions discussed where applicable
-
respect the rescheduling notice requirements set out in Section 6
8. Intellectual Property and Licence
The Coach retains ownership of all Intellectual Property Rights in the materials, tools, frameworks, workbooks, templates, recordings and resources provided as part of any Programme covered by this Agreement.
The Client is granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, personal licence to use the materials for their own personal and professional reference only.
The Client shall not:

copy, reproduce, distribute, adapt, edit, share, resell or otherwise commercialise any business mentoring materials, workbooks, templates, frameworks, or recordings provided as part of this Agreement

use any business mentoring materials, workbooks or templates with their own clients, in their own paid services, or in any commercial context
-
repackage or rebrand any business mentoring materials for use in their own business
For the avoidance of doubt: this restriction applies specifically to materials provided as part of the business mentoring programmes covered by this Agreement. It does not apply to the clinical training, frameworks or teaching materials provided through the Postnatal Core Rehab Method (PCRM), which are governed by separate terms and which the Client is licensed to use in their own clinical practice with their own clients.
9. Liability and Disclaimer
The Coach provides business mentorship and strategic support only and makes no guarantees regarding financial, business, or personal outcomes.
The Coach shall not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from decisions made or not made by the Client in connection with the mentoring.
The total liability of the Coach under this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount paid by the Client at the time of any alleged loss.
Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.
10. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain confidentiality in relation to all sensitive personal, business and financial information shared during the mentorship.
The Coach may share anonymised outcomes, case studies or testimonials only with the Client's express consent.
11. Termination
4-Week Mentoring Programme. This is a fixed-term programme and ends automatically at the conclusion of the four-week period. Early termination outside the cooling-off period set out in Section 5 does not entitle the Client to a refund.
Ongoing Bi-Weekly Mentoring Subscription. Either party may terminate by providing one (1) month's written notice. The Client remains liable for the subscription fee for the notice period. No pro-rated refunds will be issued.
All Programmes. Either party may terminate this Agreement immediately by written notice if the other commits a material breach. Upon termination, all outstanding fees become immediately due and payable. No refunds shall be issued for services already delivered.
12. Data Protection
The Coach shall comply with all applicable UK data protection legislation, including the UK GDPR.
Personal data will be processed only as necessary to deliver the Services and in accordance with the Coach's privacy policy, available at yourtimepilates.com.
13. General
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties in relation to the subject matter and supersedes any previous agreements or representations.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising under or in connection with this Agreement.
14. Complaints Procedure
It is the intention of the Coach that the Client shall be entirely satisfied with the services provided.
Should the Client become dissatisfied at any time, they should:

set out the complaint in writing to alice@yourtimepilates.com, including any supporting evidence

identify the outcome sought (e.g. clarification, additional session, or review)

the Coach will objectively assess the complaint and respond in writing within a reasonable time
Should it not be possible to resolve any dispute amicably, matters arising from this Agreement shall be handled by an independent mediator, with costs shared equally between the parties.
Acceptance
By completing the online checkout and confirming acceptance, the Client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions for their chosen Programme.
