  • You don’t want to refresh and deepen your knowledge on diastasis to better serve your clients

  • You aren’t interested in staying up to date with the latest guidance and techniques

  • You don’t want answers to questions like “should I avoid loaded flexion?”, “is it a DRA if it’s 3 fingers wide?” “when is it safe to progress?”

  • You don’t want to grow your business by teaching postnatal clients

  • You aren’t teaching any women in your Pilates classes

BUT YOU'RE IN THE RIGHT PLACE IF...

  • You want clear, simple and up to date guidance and techniques that demystify the scaremongering

  • You want a checklist and framework to help you assess a diastasis and decide if they are ready for your Pilates classes

  • You want a way to simplify the sciencey stuff about DRA so you can help make if feel less overwhelming for your clients

  • You are ready to confidently program your classes, knowing the exercises you’re giving aren’t making things worse instead of better

  • You are ready to make more money in your business by offering classes that can help postnatal clients

I KNOW WHAT YOU’RE THINKING...

I already have a qualification, I should work on getting more clients before I do any more.

Is this specialised knowledge necessary if my clients are coming to me for fitness?

Won’t I have to do hours of training to learn about something so complex?

Isn’t it enough to avoid ab-curls for the first few months?

It all seems so scary and complicated. I’m not sure I’ll ever feel confident teaching these clients.

NW4A1599.jpg

I believed that my postnatal qualification covered all I needed to know.

Until I started working with postnatal clients. (And if you are teaching women, you’re working with diastasis.)

I felt like an impostor, even though I was qualified to teach postnatal.

Googling only made me feel more confused and scared.

That’s when realised that there were THOUSANDS of mums out there not getting the help the needed. And if I could be the one to help them, I could transform not only their lives, but my income and business.

So, I did the deep postnatal training. Tailored it specifically for Pilates clients. Simplified the complicated jargon. And created something truly transformational in healing mums with diastasis.

I USED TO BE WHERE YOU ARE RIGHT NOW...

I have created a game-changing method for assessing the 3 levels of diastasis.

And a golden rule for selecting the best exercises for each level.

The results for my clients have been extraordinary.

And grew my business from making £400 a month, to consistent £4,000 a month

Different clients, same method, unique incredible results.

Fear of diastasis is the NUMBER ONE reason instructors don't postnatal clients. This fear is costing them income.

This training will guarantee you don’t follow in their fearful footsteps.

MEET YOUR MENTOR

Hi! I’m Alice Johnstone, The Postnatal Pilates Coach

I help Pilates instructors feel confident teaching postnatal women without being scared they’ll do more harm than good so that they can turbo-charge their business.

I founded Your Time Pilates in 2018 with the mission of helping women to take back control of their bodies after having kids, after experiencing my own difficult recovery.

My signature programme, The Postnatal Core Rehab Method, has transformed the lives of hundreds of mums after a difficult birth, c-section, diastasis recti, a weakened pelvic floor or managing a pelvic organ prolapse.

My aim is to build a collective of instructors who are passionate about educating women about their bodies after kids; giving them the confidence to change habits; being a supporting, nurturing coach; and providing bespoke Pilates exercises to address their needs.

I am a mum of 2.5 kids (the dog definitely counts!) and basically a YOGI (young fogey!) as I love dabbling in the garden and doing puzzles.
